Early Access Black Friday sale, Winnifred and Isla!

 Greetings, readers! Well, the early-access Black Friday sale started today! Lots of fun stuff this time, including Altynai, the VC Tuxedo, Garret the deer, Dahlia, Shelburn, Nadira and Zaahir, Helios, the VC Secretariat, Tannenbaum, Adonis and the VC Stablemates Collection from last year. Most of that is sold out, but some of them are still available. 

As the above photo suggests, I did buy a Tuxedo. To be totally honest, I had so much going on today that I completely forgot the sale was even happening until I sat down at my computer shortly after it started. I thought about buying a Tuxedo, but was on the fence, so I decided to eat lunch. After I was done with lunch, he hadn't sold out yet, so I decided to bite the bullet and get one. One more chance for a solid black one - crossing my fingers! Pretty low chance of getting the one I want, but I figure it's gotta be higher than buying another Tannenbaum would have been. 

In other news, my Winnifred and Isla sets arrived today! One of those sets is already on the way to its new owner, but here's the other Winnifred:

I was expecting the reverse dapples to be a little more subtle, and she has a few small flaws, but she's pretty nice other than that. 

I want to like Isla - I like the frosting on her mane - but I'm just not crazy about her pose. And her too-large, too-uniform dapples. I do wish they'd go back to using the satin bags for the Stablemates Club models. Oh well.
