Featured JAH - 2/15/2025, Sept/Oct 2006

Hello and welcome to another edition of Featured JAH! Moving right along through 2006, we're covering Sept/Oct this week, so let's get going!

On the front cover, we have a sentimental promotional still from the Flicka movie, which I never did watch.

In the Editor's Desk, Arlene recaps Breyerfest 2006.

On page 3 we have Letters to the Editor.

After skipping a how-to article, on page 6 we find the first page of the Breyerfest '06 recap.

The Breyerfest recap is pretty much just photos on page 7.

After skipping the Breyerfest Live show results, on page 10 is the first page of the Flicka article.

A more different Flicka article starts on page 11.

After skipping Breyer jr., on page 17 we have the reveal of the JAH Mini Connoisseur set! Huzzah! I always love seeing mini versions of Traditional models, but this evidently didn't sell very well, because it was still available on Breyer's website in 2010 when I joined the hobby.

After skipping Collector's Corner and the results of Test Your Model Showing Knowledge, on page 20 is the rest of the original Flicka article.

On page 21 we have a recap of a BBC TV show that Breyer participated in.

After skipping another how-to article and Horse Trader (2/3 of a page now, not counting the list of abbreviations), on page 25 we have some NAMHSA show results featuring at least once familiar face!

On page 26 is the first page of this week's Vintage Point, featuring the Classics Arabian Stallion and Mare.

Vintage Point wraps up on page 27.

After skipping On the Trail with Breyer and the Calendar of Events, on the back cover we have the 2006 Halloween model, Illuminati. And that brings us to the end of this week's issue! Check back next week for Nov/Dec 2006!
